A small studio by the sea.
Puff Designs began with a sketchbook and a salt-air walk. Today, our quiet collection of patterns, prints and original work is made entirely by hand — drawn, painted and printed in small batches.
Founded 2018
The story
It started in a sun-bleached studio above the harbour: one linen sketchbook, a tin of watercolours, and the conviction that the small, hand-drawn things deserved a place in modern homes.
Eight years on, we still draw every pattern by hand. We work with a small group of printers in the UK and Portugal who share our love of slow craft and low-impact materials.
Every piece carries the marks of the hand that made it — and we wouldn’t have it any other way.
Our Mission
To make hand-drawn beauty an everyday thing.
We design pieces meant to be lived with — soft fabrics, well-bound notebooks, prints that earn the wall they hang on. Nothing precious; everything considered.
Our Vision
A slower, more textured way to decorate.
We believe homes should feel collected, not curated. We work in small runs, with natural fibres, and always with the long view in mind.

Every pattern starts on paper.
Walks along the cliff path turn into pencil sketches, then watercolour studies. Only the strongest become repeats.
02 · Print
Made carefully, in small batches.
We work with low-impact reactive inks and natural fibres. Every batch is checked by hand before it leaves the studio.
