Shipping

UK orders are dispatched within 2 working days via Royal Mail Tracked 48. Free shipping on UK orders over £75.

International orders are sent via DHL Express. Delivery typically takes 3–7 working days. Duties and taxes are not included and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns

We accept returns on unopened items within 30 days of delivery. Please email hello@puffdesigns.studio with your order number to start a return.

Original artwork, fabric cut to order and personalised items are non-returnable unless faulty.

Damaged or faulty items

If your order arrives damaged, please send photos within 7 days and we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund — whichever you prefer.
